Sebastian F. Maehrlein was a Group Leader at the Fritz Haber Institute of the Max Planck Society when we recorded this episode. Since June 2024 he has been professor of high-field terahertz physics at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR), in a joint appointment with TU Dresden, where he heads the High-Field THz-driven Phenomena group at the Institute of Radiation Physics.
