Jochum is an Instrument Scientist at the Research Neutron Source Heinz Maier-Leibnitz, Germany, working on RESEDA, a neutron resonant spin-echo spectrometer for measuring dynamic processes in magnetic materials. She studied physics at ETH Zurich, where her master’s thesis was on iron pnictide superconductors.
