Rachel Oliver is a Professor in the Department of Materials Science & Metallurgy at the University of Cambridge and Director of the Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride. Her group studies nanoscale structures in gallium nitride to improve electronic and optoelectronic devices, including porous GaN. She is Chief Scientific Officer of the spinout company Poro Technologies.
