Yonatan Calahorra is an Assistant Professor at Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, researching smart materials that couple magnetic, electrical and mechanical properties. Projects include highly sensitive piezotronic pressure sensors based on GaAs and enhanced piezoelectricity in nanoporous GaN. He did an MSc on silicon nanowires and a PhD on InP nanowire growth at the Technion.
