Talk for Principal Investigators on how strategic communication amplifies research impact — moving beyond the assumption that good science speaks for itself, and treating dissemination and visibility as a deliberate part of a research career rather than an afterthought.

The talk drew on Pranoti’s work partnering research groups and projects with structured communication support, showing PIs concrete, budgetable ways to increase the reach and recognition of their work without it becoming a full-time distraction from the research itself.
