One of my recent projects - QuanTour had 15 partners from 13 countries and I was the communication & dissemination lead.
Yep.
15 principle investigators, hard core quantum physicists with their own ideas and approach to science communication.
QuanTour was part of the UNESCO-led IYQ celebration and went on to win awards for innovative public engagement, saw over 1.3 million engagements, 30+ press releases in 9 languages, featured by 4 physics societies (German, Spanish, American, UK), I can go on and on and on. But you get the point.
None of this was accidental.
The communication, outreach, public engagement - all of it was build on three foundational pillars.
The 3 foundational pillars:

Craft the message – What’s the story you’re telling?
Choose channels and formats – Where will your audience actually engage?
