Where are you?! - Three Stages of AI Adoption
Hello hello,
This week I wrapped up the 2nd edition of my AI for Scientists training and I want to share my thoughts with you.
Soo as I was saying - after training 40 scientists, 1:1 consulting for 2 clients and conversations with hundreds of scientists - I see three main stages for scientists (and anyone for that matter) in adopting AI tools in their workflows. Stages 0, 1, and 2. 👇

What’s common across these three stages is that **scientists aren’t resisting AI.**They’re just at different stages of their journey. And each stage needs something different. Stage #1 ne****eds a tool overview and real use cases so they can build their own framework. Stage #2 needs advanced strategies to integrate AI into their actual research workflows.
Recognising which stage you are at really helps labs, institutions, and science communicators design AI adoption strategies that actually work.
The question is, which stage are you at?
